WHY INFRARED?

Aerial Infrared Inspection

image275

Combining THERMAL Imaging with DRONES allows infrared BUILDING INSPECTIONS to be done much more quickly at a fraction of the cost. The data is more comprehensive than previous inspections done from the swing stage and can be done in hours instead of days.

Benefits

image276

By using our infrared (thermal) inspections, stucco cracks leading to water leaks and deterioration on the outer walls can be detected and repaired before major restoration work is needed.

Window leaks and damage can be inspected at the same time to identify worn and problematic window seals.

Buildings Age

image277

Mother nature is tough on buildings, especially in tough environments like oceanfront properties.

Sun, salt and weather create expansion and contraction that lead to cracking and wear on windows, stucco, roofs and walls not detectable by conventional imaging.

Inspection Options

Bruni Infrared offers three inspection levels. The benefits are that inspection levels help identify the difference between repairs and restoration. This saves you time and inspection money.

LEVELS OF INSPECTION

image279

Level 1

Our level 1 includes affordable aerial infrared scans of the exterior for a broad evaluation. These inspections are designed to obtain initial thermal scans that can be further utilized in a variety of ways, including evaluating proposals for repair or remediation and also form the basis for our Level 2 service.

Level 2

Our level 2 service includes a comprehensive analyzation of the Level 1 Thermal Scan by our experts. High definition 4K Photos are then taken and compared, side by side, to the Master Certified thermal images. This data is then added to the Level 1 Report to provide the additional detail necessary to determine the severity of damage.

Level 3

Our Level 3 Inspection uses the data from our Level 2 Report and selects specific damage sites that can be inspected further on the interior, using thermal imaging and moisture testing. This process will help identify the origin and the progression of the building damage, if any, created in real time and over time.

Additional Building Envelope Inspections

We can include certified aerial and walk-on roof moisture surveys to add to any report. We can also include thermal   evaluations to windows, glass doors, balconies and other areas not included in traditional building envelope inspections.
